The circulation of narcotics can hardly be prevented, considering that almost the entire world population can easily get narcotics from irresponsible persons. As for the formulation of the problem, namely How is the Criminal Accountability of Children Who Become Intermediaries in Narcotics Sale and Purchase Category I in Case (No.4 / Pid.Sus-Anak / 2019 / PN.Mdn).
This research uses the method of analysis carried out to collect data by means of literature study, secondary sources of legal materials using primary data that focuses on statutory regulations to answer the problems studied.
Based on the research that the author did about the Criminal Liability of Children Who Become Intermediaries in Narcotics Sale and Purchase Category I in Cases (No.4 / Pid.Sus-Anak / 2019 / PN.Mdn). So that based on the element of criminal responsibility, the defendant Imam Wijaya Sinaga in other words Imam was declared capable of being responsible for his actions so that the criminal acts he had committed were committed.
