Abstract

Talk about childer and child protection will never cease throughout the history of life, because childer are the future generation and successor development, the generation that is prepared as a subject as a implementation of sustainable development and in control of future Indonesian state is no exception. The problems in this thesis are: “How The Rape Perpetrators of Criminal Liability Proceed With Murder Of Childer Under Age “(Case Study No: 76/PID.B/2010/PN.WMN)”.
