dc.descriptionIn the development of the millennial era which is growing and growing rapidly, especially discipline is a person's willingness to obey and obey the norms of the regulations that apply around him. Good employee work discipline will accelerate the goals of a business, while decreased discipline will become a barrier and slow down the achievement of a company's goals. The purpose of this research is to know the work discipline in Teko Healthy Resto Medan. As a researcher at Teko Healthy Resto Medan, the author can see all the achievements, but of course not all of them are perfect. The research methodology used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative research using structured interviews. The results of the study indicate that the work discipline of employees at Teko Healthy Resto Medan has not been so good as evidenced by the presence of several employees who still play gadgets during working hours. In dealing with regulatory cases within the company, there is injustice between company leaders and employees in giving sanctions.en_US
dc.description.abstractDalam perkembangan zaman millenial yang semakin berkembang dan semakin pesat ini, khususnya kedislipinan merupakan sikap kerelaan seseorang untuk mematuhi dan menaati norma-norma peraturan yang berlaku disekitarnya. Disiplin kerja karyawan yang baik akan mempercepat tujuan suatu usaha, sedangkan disiplin yang menurun akan menjadi penghalang dan memperlambat pencapaian tujuan suatu perusahaan. Tujuam penelitian adalah mengetahui kedisiplinan kerja di Teko Healthy Resto Medan. Sebagai peneliti di Teko Healthy Resto Medan, penulis dapat melihat semua pencapaian, namun tentu saja tidak semuanya sempurna. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sdisiplin kerja pegawai di Teko Healthy Resto Medan belum begitu baik terbukti dari adanya beberapa pegawai yang masih memainkan gadget saat jam kerja. Didalam menangani kasus peraturan dalam perusahaan terdapat ketidakadilan antara pemimpin perusahaan dengan karyawan dalam memberikan sanksi.en_US
