Abstract
Introduction: The development of a company cannot be separated from the
support received, both from internal and external companies. The success of an
organization is highly dependent on the contribution of effective human resources,
where employee involvement and commitment are the keys to achieving the
company's strategic goals. Maintaining employee retention levels is one of the
important points in increasing employee satisfaction, employee involvement and
commitment.
Problem Formulation: (1) how does the talent management system affect
employee retention at PT. Telkom Akses Medan? (2) how does employee
engagement affect employee retention at PT. Telkom Akses Medan? (3) how does
the work environment affect employee retention at PT. Telkom Akses Medan?
Research Objective: To determine and analyze the influence of talent
management system, employee engagement and work environment on employee
retention at PT. Telkom Akses Medan
Method: This study uses a quantitative approach, data analysis is carried out
using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software version
25. The number of samples in this study was 82 respondents of PT. Telkom Akses
Medan employees
Results: The talent management system variable has a positive influence on
employee retention at PT Telkom Akses Medan, although the influence is not yet
significant enough. The employee engagement and work environment variables
both have a positive and significant influence on employee retention at PT.
Telkom Akses Medan. The three research variables have the same positive
influence on employee retention at PT. Telkom Akses Medan
