dc.description.abstractThe purpo•e of this research i to understand how the public perceive illegal invc tmcnts and how the supervision and protection by the Financial ervices Authority towards illegal inve tment impact. A shown by the establishment, the effort of the Financial Service Authority to supervi e and prevent illegal inv tment have encouraged investment in Indonesia. TI,e Investment Alert Ta k Force and other preventive and repressive measure , becau e there are till illegal investment companies or illegal inve tment activitie that manage to evade upervi ion, thi doe not mean that the Financial Services Authority officials have fully ucceeded. The activitie of the Financial Services Authority have not yet been fully implemented in society. The Financial Services Authority till lack effort to educate the public. The Financial ervices Authority still lack effort to educate the public through ocialization. The Financial rvice Authority al o formed an investment alert ta k force to monitor inv stment , especially tho e that ar unclear, uch a illegal in es tment .
