Gambaran Burnout Pada Guru SD Negeri Di Desa Hutabalang Tapteng
Abstract
Teachers have a very important role in the teaching and learning process in schools. Teachers also play an important role in determining the quality of education. This is because the teacher directly deals with students. Teachers also have to face a high workload and also various pressures in completing each of their jobs. Which is where it causes teachers to experience burnout. From the results of a survey conducted by researchers, it was found that teachers who teach in schools experience burnout which tends to cause teachers to experience fatigue at work. Based on the results of a survey conducted on the aspects that cause teachers to experience burnout, namely: aspects of emotional exhaustion, aspects of depersonalization, and aspects of low self-esteem. The sample in this study were 60 teachers. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a "Description of Public Elementary School Teacher Saturation in Hutabalang Village, Badiri District". The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods. The results of the research based on the Descriptive Statistical Test show that teacher burnout is in the moderate category (63%), and based on the normality test results on the burnout variable in this study it is obtained at 0.200, so the distribution of data in this study is said to be normal, because the results of research data calculations show a Kolmogorov-SmirnovZ on the burnout variable is 0.89 with a significance value of 0.200 > 0.05, it is known that the research data is normal.
