dc.description | The purpose of this study was to know the work discipline applied at PT. Petarumah, Medan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection technique in this research is through structured interview method. Data obtained from structured interviews were checked for validity using source triangulation. The number of informants in this study were 6 (six) people, which were 1 (one) People Operations Manager, 1 (one) leader, 1 (one) senior, 1 (one) Customer Service Administration, 1 (one) ) Accounting Administration, 1 (one) Media DesignerPhotographer/Videographer, 1 (one) Marketing. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results found are PT. Petarumah Medan should pay more attention to discipline in terms of punishment and rewards for employees. So it can be concluded that the application of employee discipline at PT. Petarumah Medan is quite good. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan kerja yang diterapkan di PT. Petarumah, Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui metode wawancara terstruktur. Data yang diperoleh dari wawancara terstruktur dilakukan pengecekan validitas dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Adapun jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 (enam) orang, yang merupakan 1 (satu) orang People Operations Manager, 1 (satu) orang leader, 1 (satu) orang senior, 1 (satu) orang Administrasi Customer Service, 1 (satu) Administrasi Accounting, 1 (satu) orang Media Designer¬ Photographer/Videographer, 1 (satu) orang Marketing. Metode analisis data yang di gunakan adalah jenis kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, tampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah PT. Petarumah Medanharus lebih memperhatikan kedisipinan dalam bagian hukuman dan penghargaan terhadap karyawan. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kedisiplinan karyawan di PT.
