dc.descriptionThe purpose of this study was to describe the quality of the product in Love Tempe Cemara Asri. The method used by the author is descriptive quantitative. Analysis of the measuring instrument of this study used validity, reliability, and normality tests. The number of respondents Love Tempe Cemara Asri as many as 30 customers with saturated sampling technique. In this study it was found that based on the categorization of product quality, it can be seen that there were 12 people (40%) who rated the product quality as high, 18 people (60%) rated the product quality as moderate. The quality of the product at Love Tempe Cemara Asri is based on several factors or several causes, including tempe that is not available when you want to order, the portion of tempe that is not suitable, the product design is not attractive, the durability of tempe is not long enough, the tempe is not fresh, and less in dealing with customer complaints.en_US
dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kualitas produk di Love Tempe Cemara Asri. Adapun metode yang digunakan penulis adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Analisis alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan normalitas. Jumlah responden di Love Tempe Cemara Asri sebanyak 30 pelanggan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa berdasarkan pengkategorisasian kualitas produk, dapat dilihat bahwa ada sebanyak 12 orang (40%) yang menilai kualitas produk tinggi, 18 orang (60%) menilai kualitas produk sedang. Adapun kurangnya kualitas produk di Love Tempe Cemara Asri didasari atas beberapa faktor ataupun beberapa penyebab yaitu antara lain tempe yang tidak tersedia saat ingin dipesan, porsi tempe yang kurang sesuai, desain produk yang kurang menarik, daya tahan tempe yang kurang lama, tempe yang kurang segar, dan kurang dalam mengatasi keluhan pelanggan.en_US
