| dc.description | Discourse as a structure and thinking system is essential in building awareness about understanding preservation based on analogue (manual) and digital (automatic) technology. The situation of keroncong development and the keroncong community consisting of cross-generations (young and old) has a different paradigm about efforts to preserve keroncong music in this day and age, between the manual and the automatic. These differences have also triggered problems related to how analogue knowledge and digital technology play a role in building a discourse on preserving keroncong music? Through these problems, this article aims to understand the importance of learning and digital technology thinking systems in supporting analogue technology-based keroncong music preservation activities in the keroncong community. Qualitative research investigates and identifies discourse understanding about preserving keroncong music based on analogue and digital technology. The results of this investigation show that knowledge and thinking systems of digital technology have an essential role in efforts to preserve keroncong music. Especially in the all-digital era like today, the Covid-19 pandemic situation forces to migrate to a virtual space so that awareness, knowledge, and thinking systems in digital technology become mandatory. That means that with awareness, knowledge, and digital thinking systems, technology does not replace a piece of knowledge and analogue technology thinking systems in the total preservation of keroncong music. But can complement each other to achieve a preservation discourse by the culture of the keroncong community across generations. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Diskursus sebagai struktur serta sistem berpikir memiliki peranan penting dalam membangun kesadaran tentang pemahaman preservasi yang berbasis pada teknologi analog (manual) serta digital (otomatis). Situasi perkembangan keroncong dan komunitas keroncong yang beranggotakan lintas generasi (tua dan muda) memiliki paradigma yang berbeda tentang upaya preservasi musik keroncong pada masa sekarang ini, antara yang manual dan yang otomatis. Perbedaan tersebut yang turut memantik permasalahan terkait bagaimana pengetahuan analog dan digital technology berperan dalam membangun diskursus preservasi musik keroncong? Melalui permasalahan tersebut, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya pengetahuan dan sistem berpikir digital technology dalam mendukung aktivitas preservasi musik keroncong yang berbasis analog technology kepada masyarakat keroncong. Jenis penelitian kualitatif digunakan sebagai metode dalam menginvestigasi dan mengidentifikasi pemahaman diskursus tentang preservasi musik keroncong yang berbasis pada analog dan digital technology. Hasil dari investigasi ini yaitu memperlihatkan bahwa pengetahuan dan sistem berpikir digital technology memiliki peranan penting dalam upaya preservasi musik keroncong. Terlebih di era serba digital seperti saat ini, kemudian situasi pandemi covid-19 yang memaksa untuk bermigrasi ke ruang virtual sehingga kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan sistem berpikir secara digital technology menjadi wajib untuk dimiliki. Artinya dengan kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan sistem berpikir digital technology tidak menggantikan pengetahuan dan sistem berpikir analog technology dalam preservasi musik keroncong secara total. melainkan justru dapat saling melengkapi untuk mencapai pada diskursus preservasi yang sesuai dengan kultur komunitas keroncong lintas generasi. | en_US |
