| dc.description | The problem in this study is "The low student learning outcomes in economics. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Problem Based Learning Models on Economic Learning Outcomes of Class X Students of SMA N 8 Medan in Academic Year 2019/2020”. This research was conducted at SMA N 8 Medan on Street Sampali No.23, Pandau Hulu II Medan in the even semester of Academic Year 2019/2020. The research method used is experiment. The sample in this study was students of class X IPS 1 and X IPS 3 amount of 72 students. The technique used in data collection is a test of learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis, the average value of pretest students in the experimental class = 37,08 with a standard deviation = 9,36 and the average value of a student's posttest after using a Problem Based Learning Model = 75 with a standard deviation of 10,48. While the average value of the pretest control class students = 40,69 with a standard deviation of 11,72 and the average posttest score of students who use the conventional method = 72.22 with a standard deviation = 7.31. From the analysis of the data obtained that the learning outcomes data are distributed norms (Lhitung <Ltable). Testing the hypothesis in this study using the t test and obtained Thitung> Ttable (4.271> 1.689), which means the hypothesis can be accepted between variables X and Y at a significant level of 95% or α = 0.05. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on the use of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model on Economic Learning Outcomes of Class X Students of SMA N 8 Medan in Academic Year 2019/2020. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Kelas X SMA N 8 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA N 8 Medan jalan Sampali No.23, Pandau Hulu II Medan pada semester genap Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS 1 dan X IPS 3 yang berjumlah 72 orang siswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tes hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest siswa kelas eksperimen = 37,08 dengan standar deviasi = 9,36 dan nilai rata-rata posttest siswa setelah menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning = 75 dengan standar deviasi 10,48. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata pretest siswa kelas kontrol = 40,69 dengan standar deviasi 11,72 dan nilai rata-rata posttest siswa yang menggunakan metode konvensional = 72,22 dengan standar deviasi = 7,31. Dari analisis data yang diperoleh bahwa data hasil belajar berdistribusi norma (Lhitung<Ltabel). Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan diperoleh Thitung>Ttabel (4,271>1,689), yang berarti hipotesis dapat diterima antara variabel X dan Y pada taraf signifikan 95% atau α = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Kelas X SMA N 8 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. | en_US |
