Abstract

Research to execution of land levying for Road-Works of High Toll Medan - Kualanamu - Tebing in Regency of Deli Serdang conducted aim to know the role of National Land Agency in execution land levying and to know the compensatory form and compensatory calculation base in execution of land levying for the road-works in Toll Regency of Deli Serdang.
