PENGARUH MEDIA SOSIAL TIKTOK TERHADAP PERILAKU SOPAN SANTUN PESERTA DIDIK SD NEGERI 6 SIDEAK KECAMATAN PALIPI KABUPATEN SAMOSIR

Abstract

In the world of education, globalization has indeed brought many positive impacts, namely various conveniences in obtaining knowledge from various sources. The world of technology is developing rapidly today, with media that can be used by the public as a means of communication and social media that is easily accessible via the internet. The most popular social media for students at the 6 Sideak State Elementary School is Tiktok. The reason is that this social media is more interesting because video which is presented is short, so that the movements and language are easily memorized by students. Various content presented on TikTok is contrary to polite behavior and the rules of the 6 Sideak State Elementary School. Tiktok social media greatly affects the polite behavior of students because they are still minors so it is not easy for them to filter out bad videos presented on TikTok. The research method used is descriptive research method. Descriptive method can also be interpreted as a method in examining the status of a group of people, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought, or a class of events in the present. Data collection techniques were carried out by using interview, observation, and documentation methods.
