dc.description.abstractIn this research ,the writer focused on a comparison of diction and sentence structure between spoken news broadcasted by CNN International and TIME Magazine on article by reporting Corona Virus report. The objective of the study is to find out the similarities and differences between diction and sentence structure and then advantages and disadvantages of diction and sentence structureon articles by reorting Corona Virus Report. The subject of thi study is the CNN International and TIME Magazine.The data was transcipt that the writer obeserved to find out the diction and sentence structure. This research us ed descriptive qualitative method as a research design. The writer collected data through steps by analyzed the CNN International and TIME Magazine to find out diction and sentence structure. Finally, the result of study showed that the there are Six(6) Si milaritie between diction and sentence structure which founded, Six(6) Differences between diction and sentence structure, Four(4) Advantages of diction and sentence structure, Four(4) Disadvantages of diction and sentence structure. Based on the observation, this reserach showed the similarites and differences between diction and sentence structure and advantages and disadvantages of diction and sentence structure. The wrier suggests For the other writer, it can be used as a basic information or reference to do their research. So the writer concluded that, this finding meant the similarities and differentses of diction and sentence structure by CNN International and TIME Magazine also the advantages and disadvantages of diction and sentence structure by CNN International and TIME Magazine. So, the students still need more teaching about it, and the teacher should give more attention to the students. So that, it would give a good contribution to each other.en_US
