dc.description.abstractIn this study discusses conflict in main character that happened in novel Ally Carter’s “I’d Tell You I Love You, but then I’d have to Kill You”. The purposes of this study are to find out the psychological, social and physical conflicts in the main character that happened in the novel Ally Carter’s “I’d Tell You I Love You, but then I’d have to Kill You”. The researcher uses qualitative data. The data are words, sentences, clauses, paragraphs based on the conflicts found in. The instrument of collecting the data is observation. The researcher also used triangulation of data sources. Based on the finding above the researcher found 8 data of psychological conflicts, 10 data of social conflicts and 2 data of physical conflicts. The dominant conflict that found in the novel is the social conflicts.en_US
