Transformative Learning and Educational Leadership Influence of Transformative Learning Professional Teachers Able to Improve Character Education Leadership of Mathematics Study Program Students

Abstract

Learning transformation is a highly updated learning innovation on the quality of education today. Education today is not a new product but an educational innovation towards the future of a nation of educational character. In accordance with the observations of researchers on the development of students of mathematics courses through the profession of education, innovation of learning character of education produces the future of students of mathematics education programs into students who have leadership characterized education. Cognition is a development of science formed through student affection to produce cognition and affection of education character for the future of the Indonesian nation. Innovation learning character of leadership is a learning transformation that must be maintained Indonesian nation. The methodology of this research is a quantitative methodology with an experimental approach to students of the fourth semester mathematics study program that enables the teaching profession program of 2017/2018. The purpose of this study is how the role of professors of the educational profession in transforming the learning profession to the students of mathematics students. The results of this study is expected to be a transformation of learning for students to become students of good leadership character and true for the nation and the State of Indonesia. Transformasi pembelajaran adalah suatu inovasi pembelajaran yang sangat update terhadap kualitas pendidikan masa kini. Pendidikan masa kini bukanlah suatu produk baru tetapi adanya suatu inovasi pendidikan menuju masa depan bangsa yang berkarakter pendidikan. Sesuai dengan observasi peneliti terhadap perkembangan mahasiswa program studi matematika melalui mata kuliah profesi kependidikan, inovasi pembelajaran berkarakter pendidikan menghasilkan masa depan mahasiswa program pendidikan matematika menjadi mahasiswa yang mempunyai kepemimpinan berkarakter pendidikan. Kognisi adalah suatu pengembangan ilmu yang dibentuk melalui afeksi mahasiswa sehingga menghasilkan kognisi dan afeksi karakter pendidikan bagi masa depan bangsa Indonesia. Inovasi pembelajaran karakter kepemimpinan adalah suatu transformasi pembelajaran yang harus tetap dipertahankan bangsa Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah metodologi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen terhadap mahasiswa program studi matematika semester IV yang mengampuh matakuliah Profesi Kependidikan tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah peranan dosen profesi kependidikan dalam mentransformasi pembelajaran profesi kependidikan kepada mahasiswa program studi matematika. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi transformasi pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa menjadi mahasiswa berkarakter kepemimpinan yang baik dan benar bagi bangsa dan Negara Indonesia.
