dc.description.abstractThis research analyzes the opinions on teaching performance factors which is conducted by students and teachers. The purpose of this research is to know the extent or whether there is compatibility between the perceptions and opinions of student opinion and teacheropinion in assessing teaching performance factors in this case is instructive lecturer. This research was conducted on the HKBP Nommensen University Faculty of Economics with field samples is 10 students and 10 teachers were asked for an opinion on performance factors lecturer in teaching,presented in the form of questionnaire. The method used is a non-parametric statistical analysis with the data question form (the instrument) which are grouped in the form of rankings by students and teachers against each performance factors lecturer. This Ranking will be analyzed using the Spearman Correlation test and z-test for the significances. The results showed that the zero hypothesis is rejected, so the alternative hypothesis can be accepted by concluding that there is conformity between the perceptions of students and teachers HKBP Nommensen University Faculty of Economics in giving an opinion on performance factors of lecturer in learning and teaching. This conclusion can also be stated that there is a conformity factor teaching conducted by the Faculty of economics lecturer to student learning needs.en_US
