dc.description.abstractPRET'ACE Teaching English as a foreign language must stress on the four language skills, namely: Listening, Reading Speaking and Writing. Each of them is the same important thing to know by the students of English Department. Students must able to cornmunicate by writing especially writing letters. The aimed of this book is intermediate students, as students have graduated from high school. This book contains some parts of English correspondence subject. English correspondence is study of writing letters even send, received, response and compline letters. This book compiled for English academic students in private study. It consist of ten chapters, contain a number of exercise which allow the reader to test the knowledge acquire in the chapter. Obviously, the compilation book cannot be written in a vacuum, because it is need suggestion from the other who have influenced the development of this book. The writer says thanks to her colleague in English departrnent Ms. Febrika Dwi Lestari, M.Hum who bave commenting and given the suggestion, and her beloved daughter Rifany Florenza Colontai for supporting her activities and study. The last is almighty God for his blessing to finish this book and tbr his love to the writer. We realize that this compilation needs revision. Accordingly, a warn critique from the reader is always welcomed. Lastly, she hope this book can give some of useful for students and lectuers teaching English academic.
