dc.description.abstractWork-life balance and employee job satisfaction are important aspects to be considerered in the company. If these factors are not managed properly they will encourage the movement of employees to other work place or to choose to resign. This research is aimed to identify and analyze the effect of work life balance and job satisfaction to turnover intention of PT. Catur Sentosa employees. The variables consist of work-life balance (X1) and job satisfaction as independen varibles, while the dependent variable is turnover intention (Y). The study results showed that turnover intention are influenced by work-life balance (significant at 1 % level) and job satisfaction (significant at 1 % level). It is suggested that in the future the research can involve the others variables such as conflict role, the inconvenience of work, role ambiguity, and others.en_US
