dc.description.abstractThis research aims to know the students’ ability in translating English Text into Indonesian, to know the categories of errors and percentages of error made by the fifth semester English Department Students in translating English text into Indonesian. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The result of this research showed the categories of errors were omission, addition, misinformation, and misordering. The percentage of omission was 54,5%, addition 18,7%, misinformation 7,3%, and misordering 19,5% . And the category has more errors was omission. Keywords: Error Analysis, Translationen_US
