dc.description.abstract | Bathing is the process of watering which is done once a day, 2 times a day and 3 times a day to reduce the body temperature of pigs. This study aims to study the effect of bathing on the performance of the grower phase pigs. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) pattern of single factors with 3 treatments and 5 replications, where each replication consisted of one grower phase pig. The results of this study indicate that the bathing treatment had a very significant effect (P <0.01) on feed consumption, body weight gain and conversion of grower phase pig feed ration but had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the rectal temperature of the grower phase. | en_US |
