dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine whether there is the effect of Leadership's Effectiveness and Work Motivation on employees' performance SAMSAT office Medan. The object of study is all SAMSAT Office Employees Medan with the population 126 people, and is used 56 people as the sample. The method is used in this study is survey method This study consists of three variables, namely Leadership's Effectiveness (Xl), and working motivation (X2), which became the independent variable while the Employees Performance (Y) is the dependent variable. The result of the study that is conducted on the employees in the SAMSAT office Medan is simultaneously obtained the data that the variable of leadership's effectiveness and motivation affect the performance. The effect of leadership's effectiveness and work motivation on the performance is 21,2 %, while 78,8 % is influenced by the otherfactors that do not studied Whilepartial test of leadership's effectiveness influence on employees' performance but the motivation does not affect employees's performance in SAMSAT office Medan.en_US
