dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between health stewardship to patients of the Health Social Security Administering Body Participants and the Quality of Health Services.
This research was carried out at a PUSKESMAS, at Central Tapanuli Regency. The sample of this study were the patient of Health BPJS participants with 100 respondents which determining by using non probability sampling technique and with incidentat sampling type. Data analysis was conducted by applied Pearson correlation product moment analysis.

The results of data analysis show that stewardship consists of medicines availability (coefficient correlation value of 0.605), availability of medical personnel (coefficient value of 0.480) and referral services (coefficient value of 0.589) . Over all correlations (0.973) which explained that variable X (health stewardship) has a relationship strong, significant and positive correlation (0,003, < 0,05} with Variable Y (quality of health services). The results of the study concluded that there is a relatior.ship between health stewardship on the quality of health services to patients of BPJS Health participants. | en_US |
