dc.description.abstractEarlier studies showed employee who engaged perform positive contribution toward organization’s effectiveness and also can be an impact toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Employee engagement (EE) also correlate in decreasing intention to quit (turnover intention), while OCB has a negative correlation with the turnover intention. The aim of this study was to knew whether the OCB can moderate or mediate the employee engagement toward turnover intention. This study use the Quantitative method. The collecting data used the questioner. This study involved 94 employees.The analysis of this data used regression equation.The results showed significant negative correlation between EE and TI were R=0.226, significant correlation between EE and OCB were R=0.464, while OCB and TI were R=0.304 in negative significance correlation. The correlation while controlling EE and OCB toward TI were 0.157, which means OCB mediate the impact of employee engagement toward turnover intention, by fulfilled all the requirement of mediator based on Baron and Kenny (1986). OCB failed to met up the moderator requirements with the significant correlation were 0.996 which significance level larger than 0.05.en_US
