    Abstract
This study aims to identify and describe the types of transitivity processes proposed by M. A. K Halliday. The research method of this study was conducted by using descriptive qualitative research. The data of this study were taken from the lyrics of Olivia Rodrigo's song on the album Sour. The results of the study were analyzed in several steps, which were sorted into clauses, separated by type of process, participants, and circumtances, and identified and counted the frequency in each song lyric. The results showed that the six types of processes appear in the lyrics of Olivia Rodrigo's song, namely: material processes is 35 data (34.31%), mental processes is 40 data (39.21%), verbal processes is 14 data. (13.72%), relational processes is 10 data (9.80%), behavioral processes is 2 data (1.96%), existential processes is 1 data (0.98%). The dominant type of process found in the transitivity analysis of Olivia Rodrigo's song lyrics is a mental process, it can be seen that the mental process intends to show feelings of sadness in the meaning of the song lyrics felt by the listener. The dominant participant is the senser, and the dominant circumtance found in the song lyrics is the location.
