AN ANALYSIS OF CODE MIXING AS FOUND IN “AGNEZ MO” INTERVIEW

Abstract

The study deal with the code mixing that consist of word level of code mixing and phrase level of code mixing. The objective of the research is to identify of code mixing in Agnez Mo Interview and the dominant one type of code mixing. This research was conducted by using qualitative method. The sources of the data were Agnez Mo Interview and the data were 50 data of Agnez Mo Interview. After analyzing, it was found that there were 50 data code mixing of Agnez Mo Interview. The findings of this research were found that word level of code mixing is 38 and phrase level of code mixing 12 becomes the dominant type of code mixing in Agnez Mo Interview.
