    Abstract
    The research entitled “The Analysis Form Of Illocutionary Act In Moana Movie” The aim of this research is to investigate the Forms of illocutionary act and show the kinds of direct utterances in Moana movie. The object used in this research was direct utterances speech act of Moana movie. In analyzing data, the authors classify data to form based on illocutionary acts. In order to find out the function of illocutionary acts the researcher apply the theory from Searle (2005). This study are expressions that contain action speech (Representative, Directive, Expressive, Commissive, Declaration.). This study used qualitative method in which data collection is done by watching the movie, analyzing the body movement and the dialogues of each character, and research the total of the data 50 illocutionary acts were successfully identified. 10 (20%) data belonged to Representative utterance, 12 (24%) data belonged to directive utterance, 16 (32%) data belonged to Expressive utterance, 7 (14%) data belonged to Commissive utterance and 5 (10%) data belonged to Declaration utterance. So, Expressive data was more dominant in Moana Movies.
