    Abstract
    This study aims to determine whether there Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Social Interaction Against Student Learning Achievement Program Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study. In the data collection for the study of emotional intelligence is done by using the enclosed questionnaire instrument with four alternative answers. For social interaction is done by using the instrument sociometry the type of reception (nominative) while for student achievement is done by taking the value of documentation. Prior to this research beforehand researchers canied out tests with the aim to see the validity and reliability of the data collection instrument (Validity and Reliability). In accordance with the analysis techniques used in this study. then from and Y first tested whether the data normality normal distribution, using liliefors test. The following analyzer is to see whether the data has a great influence by using linear regression equation. To see whether the data between the independent variables or not, the anatysls of each good for KE (X1) with achievement (Y) also for IS (X2) and achievement (Y). After the calculation of simple linear regression, multiple linear regression then calculated. To prove there is a significant influence of such data or not. then analyzed based on the technique of product moment. Having in mind the correlation coefficient between the two variables were then calculated munlpte corretation coefficients. To determine the magnitude of the variable X 1, X2 and Y calculated the coefficient of determination.
