The data was taken from the classroom observation and recording with the teacher and the students to know the types of code mixing that they use in their conversation during teaching learning process. The data was analyzed based on the types of code mixing by Suwito’s theory there are word level, phrase level, clause level, baster level, reduplication level and idiom level. The result showed that there are three types of code mixing consist of 102 utterances (data), 21 data of word level (20.59%), 50 data for phrase level (49.02%), 26 data of clause level (25.49%), 2 data of baster level (1.96%), 3 data of reduplication of level (2.94%) and 0 data for idiom level. There is no result for idiom level because during the learning process, the writer didn’t found the types of idiom level at all while the teacher and the students did the conversation. The most dominant types of code mixing that the teacher and the students used in learning process was phrase level that consist of 50 data (49.02%).
