Vocabulary Acquisition By The Autism Students Of SLB Alpha Omega Kabanjahe
Abstract
This study is attemts to know what are classes of vocabulary that acquired by the autism students in SLB Alpha Omega Kabanjahe.This study was conducted by Qualitative research. The subject in this research was autism class SLB Alpaha Omega Kabanjahe which consisted of six students. The research was conducted by Qualitative data. The instrument for collecting data were qualitative data which is taken from students’ vocabulary test by using guess picture and from observation and interview the teacher. In line with the data, it is found that vocabulary classes that acquired by the autism students especially in Indonesian vocabulary are nouns, adjectives, verb, in English vocabulary are nouns and more easy to remember the concrete things or the things that found around them. It is suggested to teacher especially for autism teacher to teach austism children with picture, guessing picture or concrete things.
