    Abstract
    This study was conducted to see the habits that are often done by learners when the process of teaching and learning at FKIP University HKBP Nommensen Medan in the basic electronics course-2, with the strategy of application of Quantum Teaching. From the results obtained can be shown that, student activity in particular express opinion is still very low when compared with the activity just heard lecturer lectures and record. This shows that the student is still passive, in other words the learning process still takes place in one direction. This characteristic will be improved by involving active students and lecturers only mediators. After doing research, hence obtained by change of activity result, with increase from 44,67% activity in cycle I become 69,68% in cycle II that mean there is increase about 25,01% positive habit done by student. Methods Approach with Quantum Teaching can make students actively participate in learning because it has a positive atmosphere, supportive, safe, relaxed, and uplifting.
