dc.description | This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of work commitments on the work
performance of North Tapanuli Regency Food and Fisheries Service employees, (2) determine the
effect of individual abilities on the work performance of North Tapanuli Regency Food and
Fisheries Service Department employees, (3) know the effect Career management towards the
work performance of North Tapanuli Regency's Department of Food and Fisheries Security. (4)
determine the simultaneous influence of work commitment, individual ability and career
management on the work performance of the Department of Food and Fisheries Department of
North Tapanuli Regency. This research method uses a survey with a quantitative approach and
with instruments in the form of questionnaires. The object of this research is employees in the
Department of Food and Fisheries Security of North Tapanuli Regency with a total sample of 25
employees who are also respondents in this study. The analysis technique used is multiple linear
regression analysis. With the help of SPSS IBM 25 statistical test equipment, the results of this
study found that: (1) Work commitment has a positive and significant impact on the work
performance of the Department of Food and Fisheries Department of North Tapanuli Regency. (2)
The ability of individuals has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the
employees of the Department of Food and Fisheries of North Tapanuli Regency. (3) Career
management has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of North Tapanuli
Regency Food Security and Fisheries Service employees. (4) Work commitment, individual ability
and career management simultaneously have a significant effect on the work performance of the
Department of Food and Fisheries Department of North Tapanuli Regency. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen kerja terhadap
Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara, (2)
mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan individu terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Ketahanan
Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara, (3) mengetahui pengaruh Manajemen karir
terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Tapanuli
Utara. (4) mengetahui pengaruh simultan antara Komitmen kerja, Kemampuan individu dan
Manajemen karir terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan
Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey dengan pendekatan
kuantitatif dan dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang ada
di lingkungan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara dengan jumlah
sampel sebanyak 25 orang pegawai yang sekaligus menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Tehnik
analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Dengan bantuan alat uji statistik
SPSS IBM 25, hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) Komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif
dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten
Tapanuli Utara. (2) Kemampuan individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi
kerja pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. (3) Manajemen
karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan
dan Perikanan Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. (4) Komitmen kerja, Kemampuan individu dan
Manajemen karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas
