    Abstract
    This research deal with an analysis of students’ perception toward Hybrid Learning as a new method of learning in Covid19 Omicron Pandemic. This research answer the problem : How are students’ perception towards hybrid learning during covid19 omicron pandemic in Learning English at SMP GKPI Swasta Padang Bulan grade eight? This research used descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research was 20 students from 2 classes. The collecting of data has obtained through a written questionnaires using Likert Scale as the instrument. The finding of this research indicated that different perception from 20 students toward Hybrid Learning. The questions devided 12 questions into 2 parts such as, teachers’ performance and students’ experiences. As much as 42,5% students choose stronglyagree for teachers’ performance. For students’ experiences as much as 57,5% students choose strongly agree. It showed that students give the positive perception toward Hybrid Learning in covid19 omicron pandemic. Besides that, the students were comfortable study at home also at school.
