| dc.description.abstract | Critical Discourse Analysis is a part of Discourse Analysis. This study explore how critical discourse analysis are realized in Kompas.com E-Daily News . In writing this reserach the writer used descriptive Qualitative method. The theory of CDA applied is by Fairclought (1995) that discussed three dimension of analysis such as, Text (Micro), Discursive Practice (Macro), and Sociocultural Practice (Meso). The data are taken from Kompas.com E-Daily News it consist 1 news, the content of text is politict in 8 March 2022. Text analysis includes language use such as realization of Language, the analysis show that the news text use more Declarative. In Discursive Practice (Macro) shows that Kompas.com E- Daily News interpretation to inform the reader the text such as Policy evaluator, Problem Solver, Influencer in Public Behavior, Socialization Agency. In sociocultural practice (Meso) show that the role content of the news as provider information. The findings shows that Kompas.com E-Daily News is a forum for providing the right information for the community where the level of actuality of the data can be trusted, so that Kompas.com E-Daily News becomes one of the news media portals that are of interest to the public. | en_US |
