dc.description.abstractHutabarat, Togi. 2021. It was generally believed that textbooks play an important role in the teaching process because they provided a guide or road map for teachers and students. Analysis of textbooks is necessary, especially after the introduction of new courses. The purposes of this study is to determined and described the feasibility of the content of the 2013 curriculum features in the English textbook entitled "Bahasa Inggris". This study use a descriptive qualitative. The instrument use to collected the data is observation. The data were taken from the textbook "Bahasa Inggris". In the data analysis technique, the percentage of standard satisfaction was calculated by divided the number of standard points which were met in met by each sub-aspect in the textbook by the number of standard points in each sub-aspect. The results showed that 100% of the materials in the “Bahasa Inggris” textbooks were in line with the suitability of the course content in 2013 and were generally classified as "very good" textbooks. Among 88 categories, 88 content qualification categories achieved full marks. From the above findings, it can be concluded that with the help of textbooks or other sources, textbooks was still suitable for helping the classroom teaching and learning process.en_US
