dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study figures out The Effect of Crazy Professor Reading Game in teaching Reading Comprehension at the Eight Grade of SMP SWASTA HKBP Sidorame. This study was conducted by experimental Narrative Research. The Population of this research was the second grade SMP SWASTA HKBP Sidorame. They were 40 students in the second-grade junior high school that took as the simple of this study which divided into 20 students for the experimental Class and the 20 students for the control class. The experimental class was taught by Crazy Professor Reading Game While Control Class Was taught conventionally. The data were taken by giving multiple choices. The test was divided into two test pre-test and post-test for both experimental and control groups. The mean score of the pre-test in the experimental group is 40 and the post-test is 90. The mean score of the pre-test in the control group is 35 and the post-test is 80. It is conducted that the mean score of the experimental group is higher than the control group. The result that t-calculated > t-table as the level of significance p=0.05 (09,25>1.630). It means that the Ha hypothesis is accepted or there is a significant effect of using the Crazy Professor Reading Game on students reading comprehension. | en_US |
