dc.description.abstract | This research is to describe the borrowing technique in translation. The title of this research is Borrowing Techniques in Translating Text to Indonesian. The analysis focuses on the borrowing techniques used to translate Indonesian into Indonesian in print advertisements. The data in the analysis are quoted and grouped based on the borrowing technique used to translate the source language into the target language using the borrowing technique proposed by Molina &Albir (2000: 84). In this analysis, the borrowing technique used to translate the source language into the target language includes two borrowing techniques, namely: (1) full word space without any modification of pronunciation (pure borrowing), (2) application of naturalized borrowing techniques. modification denotes pronunciation (refers to EYD).In this study, researchers found that the translator can use Indonesian (the target language) because of the researcher Thinking that Indonesian has a different language for every word served on a pure loan. To get all the data, the researcher reads the text repeatedly to get all the information. Researchers collect data with make notes which are then compiled as documentation for further analysis. Next Thestep is to check the data to see if there are errors or irrelevant data eliminate and then categorize it to answer the purpose of research. | en_US |
