dc.description.abstractSun is needed now because it is easily obtained and is available for free. Drying tecnology by untilizing solar heat on some agricultural commodities is needed so that quality can be improved. Asam Gelugur as a producer of citrict acid which is useful for human health can be obtained well through a good drying process. The most suitable draying treatment for Gelugur Acid is by using a driying box where heat sources are obtained from solar collectors sourced from the sun. One element of the gelugur acid content is Citric Acid which is usefull for human health. It was found that the thickness of the 3 mm Gelugur acid fruitv slices could dry for 9.5 hours with good weather eliminate th water content by 58.14% wwith initial weight before drying 2.72 kg.en_US
