dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study wasto demonstrate empirically the relationship between burnout and the perceptions of the psychological work environment of the employess of administration and finance at the University of HKBP Nommensen. The instrument used in this study is the burnout scale and the scale of perceptions of the psychological work environment. The results show that there is a negative correlation between burnout and the perceptions of the psychological work environment, where r=-0,401. it means that more positive employee perceptions of the psychological work environment will be followed by decreasing the burnout on employees. it also means that the perception of the perceptions of the psychological work environment contributed 16.08% towards burnouten_US
