dc.description.abstractIn learning English, there are four language skills that must be simultaneously achieved by the students namely listening, reading, speaking and writing. In listening and reading, students receive a message formulated by another. In speaking, students are engaged in communicating their own ideas and feeling. While in writing, students are engaged in putting down their ideas and thoughts in the form of word. Writing is a process of putting thought, ideas, opinions, experiences, events, and histories such as writing letters, notes, shopping list, etc. Writing is a process of transforming thoughts and ideas into written form. Writing is not only a process of linking words into sentences or paragraphs, but it is a sequence or steps of ideas, organized thoughts and feeling in the form of words and combined into sentences into form of paragraphs in which every sentence was closely related one to another.en_US
