Handling and storing hatching eggs helps in increasing fertility, hatchability and weight of local duck ducks. This study aims to determine how much influence the length of storage and frequency of egg playback in the shelf life of fertility, hatchability and hatch weight of duck eggs. This study uses RAL (Complete Random Design) factorial pattern with two factors. The first factor was egg storage time, which consisted of four levels, namely U1 = 2 Days, U2 = 4 Days, U3 = 6 Days, and U4 = 8 Days. The second factor is the playback frequency in the shelf period consists of three levels, namely E1 = 1 time, E2 = 2 times, and E3 = 3 times. Each treatment combination was repeated three times. The results of the experiment showed that storage time had a very significant effect (P <0.01) on fertility, hatchability and local ducks weight; the frequency of egg playback during shelf life had a significant effect (P <0.05) on fertility, but it had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on hatchability and local hatch weighten_US
