Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Kantor Desa Lolofaoso Nias Selatan
Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on employee performance at the Lolofaoso South Nias Village Office. The research method used was a survey of village officials and statistical data analysis to determine the relationship between the leadership style applied by the village head and the level of work discipline and individual performance results. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide strategic insights for companies to increase leadership effectiveness and encourage better work discipline to improve overall employee performance. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is instrument testing consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, heterosdecadasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests consisting of t tests and coefficient of determination tests (R2).
Based on Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Y= 7,738 + 0,521 X1 + 0,143
X2 + e, the Leadership Style regression coefficient value is 0,528, so employee performance will increase by 0,528. Based on hypothesis testing with the t test, the tcount value was 6,747 > ttable, namely 1,989 and the significance value of the Leadership Style variable was 0,000 < 0,05. So it can be concluded that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Be lawan Main Port Authority. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0,366, so it is known that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 36,6%. and the remaining 63,4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.
